Britax Boulevard TSIP Convertible Car Seat

A leading consumer reporting organization recently voted the Britax Boulevard TSIP Car Seat as Number One.

As all other Boulevard Britax car seat, the TSIP convertible car seat offers parents assurance on child safety and security. The deep side wings will protect your child against side impacts.

Most importantly, the Boulevard Britax CS fits easily in most standard size cars and vehicles. Adjusting can be done in a breeze.

This is what one happy mum has to say about the Britax Boulevard TSIP Convertible car seat -

"By Kevin Nicholls "jaded, aging hipster" (Milford, MI) s
We ordered the Boulevard in the Madison design last week, after looking at the Britax Marathon, we decided to go for a seat with the better side-impact protection. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was that the thing is absolutely huge. I had an opportunity to see it in a store after buying it, and the Boulevard seriously dominated the shelf. The next thing I noticed was that the build quality is incredible. Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant about buying in to the almost cult-like following Britax has, but the Boulevard really is the most serious safety seat I have ever seen. And after reading a few posts about Britax seats, and the (alleged) importance of manufacturing dates, I can say that the seat we received from Amazon (not a third party seller) had a manufacture date of 02/27/2009, and we received it on 03/30/2009 -- so no need to worry about buying an "older" seat. A few tips for potential buyers: 1) Look at this seat in the store before you buy, especially if your back seat is small. Make sure you understand exactly how big this thing is. 2) The instruction manual is designed to be permanently affixed to the car seat. Fortunately, I read the manual before nearly breaking the protective foam that its cord is covered by."

Britax Boulevard Click and Safe Car Seat - Berkshire Tan

The Britax Boulevard Click and Safe Car Seat is also available in Berkshire Tan colour.

This collection envokes safety with its 5 points harness to help restrain your child. It can take a 5 pound infant through the toddler years until your child reaches 65 pounds.

The people at Britax has also included a great feature - a side impact protection wing built right into the seat.

Your child will have no problem seeing out of the car while being restraint in the car seat. There is an insert cradling that will hold their head while they sleep.

As a mum I personally find it simple to use. I just need to turn of the know to raise and lower the seat. There is no need for me to thread the harness straps or uninstall the seat.

The audible snug harness indicator helps me determine when the harness is secure y clicking when the harness straps are snug.

They have also included the patented versa-tether anchors at the top of the Britax CS to help minimize movement in case of a crash.

One "disadvantage" though, make sure the seat can fit into your vehicle rear facing as it is rather long.

Britax Boulevard Click and Safe Car Seat Review

I was looking for a Britax Boulevard car seat when I came across the new Britax Boulevard Click and Safe Car Seat. I was amazed that 16 out of 28 people gave 5 stars in their review.

I personally found this review by MF Dogger very helpful. If you are considering buying a Britax Boulevard car seat....do check out the new "Britax Boulevard Click and Safe"

By The MF "Dogger"
We've had this seat about one month now though our three year old has been in his Boulevard since he was 6 months. It is our second Britax Boulevard and our fourth Britax product overall. We like the Boulevard because of its excellent safety and comfort features. The Boulevard is very big and thus very versatile as it will span a long period of our child's early life (up to 65 lbs). That said, the "Click and Safe" model is probably worth the extra few dollars so that folks not used to using a car seat (e.g. grandparents) can safely determine when the seat belt is sufficiently tight. However, we have it installed "rear facing" right now and it pinches the belt. Thus, I'm not sure the click and safe feature is really working. However, this is not our first seat so we know how tight it needs to be. Britax has improved the belt buckle so that it snaps together more easily now. We also think Britax offers that most stylish seats with the best quality fabric. The bottom line is that this is a great seat that is as safe or safer than anything else on the market. It's comfortable, versitile, and stylish. The lone 'negative' is that it's very big. Thus, if you have a compact car, you will have trouble getting it installed as a rear facing seat without impacting the driver or passenger seat. We have a 2003 BMW 5 Series wagon and, when installed rear facing, it does touch the front passenger seat. However, there is sufficient room for a 6 foot adult male to sit in front comfortably. On the flip side, I believe that if you're buying a small car seat, to some degree you're sacrificing safety. When installed front facing, the size is less of an issue. I know it's a pricey seat, but considering it should last us about five years, I think we can swing the $5/month it will cost us to keep our kids safe and happy. Last, but not least, the Mom wanted the 'girlie' fabric for our little girl. Her older brother has a different pattern. Even I must admit the pattern is cute for our little girl and I do think she likes it.
